1. Acceptance

By creating an account on “Auro Guild” you confirm you are at least 18 years old, an Indian resident or entity, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded with timestamp and IP and constitutes a binding electronic contract under the IT Act, 2000.

2. The service

“Auro Guild” is a community and creator platform for Bharat. Inside the app you can:

• Browse a public community feed without signing in (read-only visitor mode).
• Create an account with a username, email and password to publish photos, videos, audio narration or e-books. Existing members may also use Google sign-in.
• Star, comment on, save, share and report posts; follow and connect with other members.
• Listen to audio posts and read content in multiple Indian languages.
• Receive direct person-to-person tips by uploading your own UPI ID or UPI QR code image. Auro Guild does not process, hold or route any tip money — the payment happens entirely inside the payer’s own UPI app.
• Use optional creator utilities such as a GPS-tagged camera, a multi-page document scanner for your own records, a simple sales/expense ledger, boosts and leaderboards.

We are a software platform, not a bank or payment intermediary. We do not process direct peer-to-peer payments. All UPI tips are executed inside the user’s own UPI app and “Auro Guild” never holds, transfers, or settles these funds.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful information in your profile and posts.
• Do not upload forged, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Copyright: upload only content you created yourself or that is in the public domain. Do not upload other people's books, songs, films or paid course material without written permission. Rights holders can report infringement at kukoiboris@gmail.com and infringing uploads are removed and the uploader's account may be suspended.
• Keep your email account, password and any connected sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Ensure any UPI payment you initiate or receive complies with NPCI rules and your bank limits.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

4. Content licence

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant “Auro Guild” a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the feed and within the platform. You may delete your content or account at any time; account deletion requests can also be submitted without signing in at Account Deletion Request.

5. Tips and boosts

Tips are voluntary, direct person-to-person payments made by scanning or using the recipient’s own UPI QR code or UPI ID. “Auro Guild” charges no platform commission on tips and is never a party to the transaction. Boosted posts are clearly labelled and are not endorsements. Paid features such as post boosts or subscriptions are processed by Razorpay; we store only the order reference and status, never card or UPI credentials. 6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, “Auro Guild” is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, transaction failures inside third-party UPI apps, or content posted by other users. All user-to-user interactions and transactions are at the parties’ own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or NPCI/RBI guidelines. You may delete your account from Profile → Account Settings, or without signing in via the Account Deletion Request page.

8. Content moderation and reporting

We maintain a published Content Moderation Policy that explains how we remove violating content, handle user reports, and process appeals in compliance with Indian law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
