• BMI is a screening estimate — not a medical verdict. Athletes, pregnant users, and those with chronic conditions should consult a licensed doctor before starting.
• Extreme diets, dehydration cuts, or unsupervised fasting are strictly discouraged.
• If you experience dizziness, chest pain, disordered eating patterns, or emotional distress, stop immediately and seek medical care.
• Cancellation with medical exemption is honoured at any time (see Timeline step).
